This is a customer facing role with an emerging Bahamian IT consultancy that provides infrastructure support services for a range of clientele in the Bahamas.

This role will be responsible for providing onsite and remote services for the firm's customers in the region.  Services offered include network and solutions analysis, design, maintenance, support and business continuity planning.

Requirements:

• Our client is seeking an individual with diversified IT experience including systems planning and implementation, support and project management 
• Specific technical skills in demand include as many as possible of Microsoft messaging, Windows Server, Cisco routing and switching 
• Preference is for at least one relevant industry certifications such as MCITP, MCSE, MCTS, CCNA etc. 
• A strong customer service oriented attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team 
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
