Frank Squires
President

Frank has more than two decades of staffing industry experience.  He has a unique background in the provision of professional talent to Bermuda and the Caribbean.  He has built successful, long term relationships with employers and candidates within Financial Services, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology and Telecom.  His practice has expanded to include companies in the Bahamas, Cayman Islands and other Caribbean locations.

Frank holds a B.A. and a M.Div. from the University of Toronto.  After graduation and several years in the Ministry, he elected to pursue a career in business and entered the recruitment field.  Frank has earned the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation.

Outside of work Frank enjoys fitness, travelling, golf, music and participating in Dog Agility Trials with his two Portuguese Water Dogs, Chauncey and Chase!

Jason Squires
Account Executive

Jason joined the Squires Resources team in 2004 following more than 5 years of sales experience within the technology and hospitality industries.

Jason completed a Bachelors degree in Psychology at the University of Western Ontario in 2001.  Jason has also earned the CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) designation in 2008 after successfully completing the CPC program offered by ACSESS, the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services.

Jason puts his education and background to good use in the identification of outstanding technology and business professionals for unique opportunities in Bermuda, the Caribbean and Canada.

Outside the office, Jason enjoys a variety of outdoor and sporting activities including running, ice hockey and mountain biking.  He is also well known for his appreciation of the latest in technology and consumer electronics.

Jessica Poulsen
Account Executive

Jessica graduated from George Brown College in Toronto with a diploma in Health Sciences and comes to the Squires team with five years of experience in the medical and service industry.

Her sales and service background is put to excellent use in our office and Jessica enjoys working with corporate clients overseas and here at home. She appreciates the opportunity to connect with so many excellent candidates in her day to day work.  She enjoys a high level of satisfaction in matching skilled candidates with dynamic career opportunities within our client base.

Scott Ostler
Account Executive

Scott has come to Squires Resources with over a decade of sales experience.  He studied Business Marketing at Georgian College in Barrie and has past involvement in the technology, mortgage and real estate sectors. 



Scott builds and maintains long-term client relationships within our domestic market.   He assists those employers with the identification of suitably qualified professionals in order to generate rewarding, long term or contractual employment relationships.

In Scott's free time he enjoys playing the guitar, reading great novels and spending time with his wife and four young children.
