Our client, an established Bermuda-based technology solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join its growing team.

This relationship-focused role is responsible for managing and developing an established portfolio of commercial, government, and education clients while identifying opportunities to expand technology solutions and managed services offerings.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping organizations improve productivity, streamline business processes, enhance security, and modernize their technology environments. Working closely with internal technical teams and a related IT consultancy business, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to represent a broad portfolio of office technology, managed services, software, and business technology solutions.

The Opportunity

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for growth within both current and prospective accounts. Responsibilities will include conducting client meetings, understanding business requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, managing contract renewals, coordinating solution delivery, and maintaining an active sales pipeline.

The successful candidate will work with solutions that include multifunction printers (MFPs), copier systems, office imaging equipment, managed print services, document management and workflow automation solutions, print management software, cloud technologies, and professional services. In addition, the role will work closely with a sister IT consultancy to identify opportunities involving managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, Microsoft technologies, cloud infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery services, business continuity solutions, and professional technology consulting.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a proven background in B2B sales, account management, or technology solutions sales, along with strong relationship-building and communication skills. Experience within office technology, copier sales, managed print services, document management solutions, managed IT services, or related offerings is required.

For the Account Manager level, candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant sales or account management experience and a demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and achieve sales objectives.

For the Senior Account Manager level, candidates should possess at least five years of consultative technology sales experience, experience managing larger account portfolios, and a proven track record of growing strategic customer relationships and recurring revenue streams.
