We are searching for a uniquely qualified professional to join our Cayman-based client’s Corporate Services team in Grand Cayman in a Management capacity. This will be an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a well-established firm that provides a full range of company administration, trust management, governance and regulatory services.
The post holder will assume broad responsibilities that span Corporate Secretarial, Board Support and Governance duties. They will oversee the management of a portfolio of Cayman Islands regulated entities while building and managing relationships with clients and other stakeholders of funds. They will draft/review precedents and template documents, and provide thought leadership on recent developments, industry trends and innovation. They will work closely with the wider Corporate and Governance Services team to process client instructions, identify key knowledge needs and assist in developing tailored resources. Additionally, they will develop, maintain and update the corporate knowledge database, train team members and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal usage of internal tools.

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to be based on-site in Grand Cayman.
