This challenging position is responsible for installation, maintenance and replacement of POS and related equipment within customer locations to ensure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Basic qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing NCR POS technology in particular NCR Aloha solutions.
• Online ordering experience and experience with Connected Payments preferred
• Advanced computer skills and common software including technical knowledge of Windows OS including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Extensive experience terminating, testing, and troubleshooting network cables required and full competency in operating hand tools
• Experience mentoring and coaching other technicians
• High level of personal integrity; Support and promote teamwork and cooperative efforts
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, on-call, and engage in limited travel

Candidates must be highly portable, have outside interests that lend themselves to Bermuda’s idyllic living environment and be able to relocate to Bermuda for an initial 3-year commitment.
