We are recruiting for an Investor Services Associate to join the Toronto office of an established international financial services firm. This is a full-time, on-site position in downtown Toronto.

The role will support a portfolio of alternative investment and hedge fund clients, with responsibility for investor transactions, AML/KYC and regulatory documentation, subscription and redemption activity, investor inquiries, and maintenance of accurate shareholder records.

We’re looking for:

• 2+ years of relevant investor services or fund administration experience
• Experience within alternative investments / hedge funds
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, investor onboarding and subscription/redemption processes
• Strong client service, organizational and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
