Business Development (Account Executive) - IT Services

We are searching for a highly motivated and mobile IT Sales professional who would enjoy the opportunity to join an award-winning MSP and IT Consulting Firm based in the sunny, TAX FREE Cayman Islands. 

This is a new business focused role with emphasis on selling IT Services (Managed Services and Professional Services) and growing the managed services portfolio. The position will be well suited to an energetic business development specialist who takes pride in their demonstrated ability to develop client relationships, win new business and who will appreciate being rewarded for their success with an uncapped commission plan in a TAX FREE environment.

Desired experience:

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of proven sales success with a MSP, VAR, IT Consultancy or similar.
  • Demonstrable success selling IT Services (including managed IT services agreements and professional services engagements) 
  • Proven ability to prospect and build C-level and IT decision maker level relationships. Past experience selling to the financial services sector would be an asset.
  • Industry sales training and vendor sales/technical certifications would be an advantage (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, HPE, Fortinet, Aruba, Veeam, Security)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) would be an advantage

This is a full-time/employee role based in Grand Cayman. We are therefore looking for someone with interest and ability to relocate relatively easily and adapt to this unique business and living environment.

A TAX FREE compensation package consisting of base salary and uncapped commission will reward the post holder for successful performance. Relevant work permit application, relocation cost assistance, medical insurance and other benefits will also be offered by the employer.
