We are seeking an experienced sales and business management professional from the IT Services industry to take on a leadership opportunity with our client, an award-winning provider of professional IT services and enterprise computing solutions based in Grand Cayman.

Reporting to the company’s Directors, this individual will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management, operations and overall profitability of the I.T. Services and Solutions business unit. This will include helping to shape the firm’s future direction, proposing new product/service offerings and ensuring ongoing excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.

The post holder will lead a diverse staff team including sales, technical engineers and service delivery. They will also play a key role in employee recruitment, development and retention.

The role requires a mix of sales and business management background with a strong understanding of current technology offerings including product and IT services. It is anticipated that the ideal candidate will possess a proven history of growing business and revenue streams within an IT Consulting /IT Service Delivery organization combined with strong sales leadership and staff management skills.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the sales, services and administration of the organization
  • Manage and increase existing revenue streams including but not limited to maintenance contracts, projects and ad-hoc work
  • Develop new revenue streams including managed services and cloud offerings
  • Increase revenue and profitability
  • Manage client and vendor relationships
  • Develop training and staffing plans including hiring


  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior management role within an IT services delivery company with a focus on sales and business development
  • Strong business development and revenue growth ability
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver profitable IT projects
  • Proven ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a staff team including sales and technical services
  • In depth knowledge and practical experience with traditional and emerging technologies including infrastructure and cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure, AWS, O365, HP, VMware, Cisco, Citrix, Aruba, IP Telephony, managed services etc.). Vendor training and/or certification(s) in any of the above areas would be an asset.
  • Strong business management, customer service, communication and presentation skills
