NCR Aloha Field Services Technician

Our client is Bermuda’s exclusive NCR reseller for the hospitality, retail and financial sectors. On their behalf we are seeking an Aloha trained Hospitality/Restaurant System Technician to be responsible for upgrading customers to new POS systems, installing Point-of-Sales systems equipment as well as troubleshooting and performing repairs when required.

This is a full-time, multi-year, hands-on position requiring a superior ability to identify/fix Aloha POS hardware and software issues. Our client will support your relocation to this sub-tropical paradise.

Qualifiers for this unique opportunity include:

  • 3+ years Aloha experience 
  • Networking experience
  • Prior experience supporting software and hardware for customers 
  • Prior experience performing new on-site Aloha installations
  • Prior experience troubleshooting technical issues at current Aloha sites 
  • Prior experience routing printers, setting up menu configurations and installing integrated terminals 

Compensation and benefits are very attractive. Relocation and initial settling in assistance is provided. Salary is paid in USD equivalent and is subject to approximately 7-9% tax only. 

Candidates should be highly portable and have outside interests that will lend themselves to the enjoyment of Bermuda’s idyllic, sub-tropical lifestyle.
