Professional Services Manager – work in the Cayman Islands! TAX FREE!

The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and commercial leadership of a staff team that implements and supports the technology needs for a wide range of client organizations including offshore financial services, legal, accounting, government, hospitality, and more.

The person in the role will be relied upon as a key member of the company’s leadership team with broad responsibilities including leading and managing a team of Technical Architects, Senior Technical Consultants and Support/Service Desk. Duties will include managing, mentoring and recruitment of new technical staff, budgeting, revenue forecasting and reporting.

In addition to leadership duties, the post holder will also be expected to serve as a client-facing Technical Lead on a variety of complex client projects including project scoping, presales and project management. Therefore, current hands-on technical expertise across a wide range of technologies is required (emphasis on Microsoft Azure, M365 and others as listed below).

Requirements:

• 10+ years of proven technical and staff leadership experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP), IT Consultancy or Value Added Reseller (VAR)
• Current, advanced hands-on technical skills and knowledge of current industry offerings and trends including Microsoft Azure, M365, Cisco, VMware, Hyper-Convergence, Citrix, Security, Storage and Backup technologies
• Demonstrable P&L, budget and staff/resource utilization and management background
• Relevant industry and vendor certifications will be highly valued
