Consider a full-time opportunity working with Bermuda’s Premier Information & Communications Technology & Integrated Security Solutions Specialist as a PROJECT MANAGER.

The role of the Project Manager is highly diverse and includes but is not limited to the following:

• Overall management of the Service Division; including Client Relations & Resource Management.
• Establishing departmental goals & targets.
• Responding to RFP/ RFQs by performing site inspections, preparing tender documents and managing the full-cycle of new projects.
• Procurance and project management, installation, documentation and final handoff.
• Maintenance and support of ICT infrastructures and components.
• Developing sales strategies based on our client’s objectives; strengthen relationships with existing customers and develop new clients through direct contact.
• Assisting with classroom and on the job training, creating a positive working environment and mentoring employees for their career advancement.
• Working extended hours and weekends when required to meet timelines and emergencies.  

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• BICSI Technician ®(TECH™) Certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Project Management, Design, Installation & Troubleshooting of complex ICT Infrastructures.
• Eight years’ experience within the industry; five years in a leadership role.
• Estimating experience and sales acumen.
• Proficiency in MS Office & bidding software in order to prepare professional documentation. AutoCAD/ VISIO would be a strong asset.
• Exceptionally organized and proactive with a strong work ethic.
• Passionate regarding Customer Service and great at building long-term working relationships with clients.
• Highly organized and able to work on several projects simultaneously.

Very competitive remuneration in USD equivalent. Bermuda’s tax rate is normally within the 6-9% range. Relocation and assistance with initial settling-in is provided!
