They are seeking a talented and resourceful individual to take up the full-time post of Salesforce Architect. The successful candidate could work remotely or hybrid. They will have expertise in architectural strategy & vision, multi-organization management, cross cloud integration & design, governance & best practices, platform optimization & innovation, collaboration & stakeholder management, risk management & compliance together with mentorship and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an overarching architecture roadmap for all Salesforce products and solutions in use.
• Oversee and optimize a complex, multi-org Salesforce environment to support different business units, regions, or product lines.
• Integrate various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, CPQ, Field Service, etc.) and align them with critical third-party or internal systems.
• Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks around user access, data security, code standards, and release management.
• Evaluate new features, pilot emerging Salesforce products (Industry Clouds, Einstein AI, Agent Force etc.,) and identify opportunities to enhance or retrofit with existing solutions.
• Partner with business analysts, product owners, project managers, and various cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable architectural designs.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to data integrity, platform performance, or security across all orgs.
• Coach and mentor development teams, administrators, and junior architects on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Five+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including complex architecture design and multi-cloud implementations.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple Salesforce orgs within an enterprise environment.

Technical Expertise:

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, CPQ, Field Service, Data Cloud, Pardot, etc.).
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs), and middleware (MuleSoft or similar).
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Salesforce Certifications (Preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Application & System Architect.
