Security Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Service Division; including but not limited to Client Relations and Resource Management by establishing departmental goals and meeting targets. The role will also involve responding to RFP/RFQs, site inspections, preparing tender documents and managing the full cycle of projects including procurement, installation, documentation and final handoff. 

Other responsibilities will include performing field service activities involving installation, maintenance and repair, engaging in sales opportunities, working with the marketing team and creating budgets, revenue forecasts and more.

The successful candidate will have a well-rounded skill set with a keen interest in technology innovation and staying current within the industry.


  • Minimum 5-years’ relevant security industry experience with proven experience in Project Management, Design, Installation and Troubleshooting of complex Security Systems
  • BICSI or equivalent qualification
  • Strong estimating and sales experience
  • Experience with AIA or equivalent contracts and associated documentation
  • Post-secondary education with background in Electronics/ Computer Sciences
  • AutoCad/Visio would be an asset
  • Entrepreneurial drive, self-motivation and the desire/ability to help grow our client’s business
  • Excellent communication skills with special attention to customer service and confidentiality
