Senior Implementation ERP Consultant - Sage Intacct/Business Central

Bermuda or Remote (Eastern/Atlantic)

Our client helps companies achieve successful digital transformations using the full suite of Microsoft technologies and other industry leading solutions.  Based in Bermuda they offer enterprise resource planning to their international financial services clients both on Island and offshore. They are now seeking to add to their full-time consulting team, a talented consultant who has developed a specialization in both accounting and implementation of ERP solutions.

This person may be in a position to relocate to Bermuda, enjoying the unique lifestyle rewards and tax benefits of living in a beautiful sub-tropical location only 2.5 hours flight time from Toronto.  Alternatively, our client will consider candidates who wish to work remotely from the EST or AST time zones. In either case, the new hire will engage with team members and clients to successfully deliver innovative solutions to a diverse client base while providing excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with clients to understand their business requirements and promote solutions to meet those requirements
  • Collaborate to define business requirements, statements of work, deployment plans, and solution design documentation
  • Provide technical solution architecture on a variety of products and platforms.
  • Work alone or with team members to implement solutions to meet the needs of clients
  • Provide day-to-day client support
  • Participate and maintain appropriate technical and / or business skills and certifications
  • Documentation of all work performed and stored in central repository
  • Daily time entry of billable work
  • Provides mentoring and support to others as needed


Required Experience:

  • Proven ERP implementation experience in mid to large scale deployments utilizing Sage Intacct and / or Dynamics Business Central.
  • Past experience in acting as a lead or senior in implementations
  • Deep functional expertise:  strong knowledge and hands on experience in core finance modules, including:
    • General Ledger
    • Cash Management
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Fixed Assets
    • Consolidations
    • Multi-Currency
    • Financial Reporting
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Experience in providing end user training, coaching
  • Ability to effectively produced well-structured client ready reports
  • An Accounting Designation would be a strong asset
