We are seeking an experienced and industry certified Technical Architect who would enjoy the chance to relocate to join a premier MSP and provider of IT solutions and Consulting services based in Grand Cayman.

Core responsibilities will include technical design, implementation, management and support of Public Cloud and Hybrid IT solutions involving technologies from vendors including Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, Nutanix, Cisco and others. 

This is a client-facing, revenue generating role that will include technical ownership, pre-sales, technical designs, quality assurance and service delivery for a selected group of clients. 

The ideal candidate will hold a number of current industry certifications and a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience that covers as much as possible of:

• Microsoft Active Directory, Hyper-V, Exchange, SQL Server and other back-office products
• Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 – Azure Expert level and/or 365 Expert level certification desired
• Veeam Backup
• Anti-Virus products
• Cisco router and switch configuration 
• VMware vSphere ESXi 
• HPE and DELL Server and SAN hardware
• Relevant industry certifications such as: Microsoft MCSE, Microsoft Azure certification, Cisco CCNA-RS or CCNP, VMware VCP
• Past experience working for an MSP/IT Consultancy with strong customer awareness and communication skills.

This is a full-time/employee based position in Grand Cayman. Due to the relocation involved, highly mobile and adaptable candidates are sought with outside interests that would lend themselves to the idyllic Caribbean Island living environment offered.
