We are searching for a highly qualified professional to join our Bermuda-based Financial Services Client in the role of Vice President, Private Banker. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing, developing and growing an existing portfolio of HNW client relationships, acting as their primary contact while providing services across banking, asset management and trust services
• Analyzing client requirements, creating plans and providing customized financial solutions to meet client needs
• Increasing profitability by cross-selling, identifying new business opportunities and potential new clients
• Achieving individual performance and development goals in line with objectives and budgets
• Managing/mentoring of team members

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in wealth management and managing relationships with HNW client portfolios
• Post secondary degree or equivalent. MBA an advantage
• Professional qualification such as CFP, TEP or similar is preferred
• Broad understanding of relevant private banking products and services including asset management, deposits, credit, trust services and estate planning
• Strong client service and business development background
• Staff management/mentorship experience
